TERMS & CONDITIONS

By approving a quote or authorizing work by Badger Window Cleaners West, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions.

General Terms

Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are based on the information and conditions known at the time the quote is provided. Pricing may be adjusted if the actual scope or condition of the property differs materially from what was represented or reasonably visible when quoted. Any significant additional work will be discussed with the customer before proceeding.

Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other payment terms have been agreed upon in writing. Commercial customers with established payment terms must remit payment according to the terms shown on the invoice.

Access
The customer is responsible for providing reasonable access to all areas included in the quoted work. Areas that cannot be safely or reasonably accessed may be excluded from service.

Weather & Scheduling
Services may be postponed or rescheduled due to weather, unsafe working conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Pre-Existing Conditions
Badger Window Cleaners West is not responsible for pre-existing damage, deterioration, defective materials, failed seals, loose or damaged screens, deteriorated glazing, damaged frames, or other conditions that existed prior to service.

Residential Window Cleaning

Scope of Service
Only the services specifically included in the approved quote are included. Interior and exterior glass, screens, tracks, frames, sills, storm windows, or other items are included only when specified in the quote.

Customer Preparation
Customers should provide reasonable access to windows and remove fragile or valuable items from window areas when necessary. Badger Window Cleaners West will take reasonable care when working around furniture and household items but is not responsible for items that prevent safe access to the windows.

Screens & Storm Windows
Screens and storm windows can become brittle, warped, stuck, or damaged with age. We will use reasonable care when removing and reinstalling them but are not responsible for damage resulting from deterioration, improper installation, or pre-existing defects.

Glass Conditions
Standard window cleaning is intended to remove ordinary dirt and buildup. Hard-water staining, mineral deposits, paint, silicone, adhesive, construction debris, oxidation, and other bonded contaminants may require additional restoration or scraping and are not included unless specifically stated in the quote.

Scratched or Damaged Glass
Existing scratches, fabrication defects, seal failures, fogging, chips, cracks, and other glass defects may become more noticeable after the glass has been cleaned. Badger Window Cleaners West is not responsible for pre-existing glass defects.

Commercial Window Cleaning

Scope & Frequency
Service will be performed according to the scope and frequency stated in the approved quote or service agreement. Services outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.

Scheduled Service
Recurring commercial service may be performed according to the established schedule without requiring separate authorization before each visit unless otherwise agreed.

Window cleaning may be completed during light rain or other reasonable weather conditions when the work can be performed safely and effectively. If weather conditions require a scheduled service to be postponed, the service will be rescheduled for the earliest available date. Rescheduling does not change the customer’s established recurring service schedule. Future services will continue based on the originally scheduled service dates, regardless of when a postponed service is completed.

For example, if a customer is on a four-week schedule and a service is postponed by one week due to weather, the following service will remain scheduled four weeks from the original service date, rather than four weeks from the rescheduled cleaning date.

Access
The customer is responsible for ensuring that areas requiring service are reasonably accessible during the scheduled service period. Locked areas, obstructed windows, construction activity, or other access limitations may prevent completion of portions of the service.

Changes in Property Conditions
Pricing is based on the expected scope and conditions of the property. Significant changes to the number of windows, accessibility, building conditions, or requested service may require an adjustment to pricing.

Interior Work
When interior cleaning is included, the customer is responsible for providing reasonable access to windows. We will take reasonable care around furniture, merchandise, equipment, and other property.

Recurring Service & Cancellation
Either party may request changes to or cancellation of recurring service unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Work already completed remains payable.

Storefront Window Cleaning

Recurring Service
Storefront cleaning will be performed at the frequency agreed upon with the customer. Once recurring service has been established, Badger Window Cleaners West may perform scheduled cleanings without contacting the customer before each visit.

Scope of Cleaning
Service includes only the glass and related areas specified in the quote or service agreement. Interior glass, exterior glass, doors, partitions, mirrors, or other glass surfaces are included only when agreed upon.

Access & Obstructions
Customers should maintain reasonable access to the glass being cleaned. Displays, merchandise, signs, furniture, equipment, or other objects that prevent reasonable access may result in that portion of the service being skipped.

Temporary Conditions
Construction, remodeling, excessive buildup, adhesive, paint, tape, decals, hard-water deposits, or other conditions requiring additional labor are not considered part of routine storefront window cleaning unless specifically included.

Weather & Rescheduling
Storefront window cleaning may be completed during light rain or other reasonable weather conditions when the work can be performed safely and effectively. If weather conditions require a scheduled service to be postponed, the service will be rescheduled for the earliest available date. Service Changes or Cancellation
Customers may request changes to their recurring schedule or discontinue service by contacting Badger Window Cleaners West. Completed services remain payable.

Gutter Cleaning

Scope of Work

Gutter cleaning includes the removal of leaves, dirt, and other loose debris from accessible gutters. Downspouts will be checked and cleared when reasonably accessible. Unless specifically included in the quote, service does not include gutter repairs, removal or reinstallation of gutter guards, underground drain cleaning, roof cleaning, or pressure washing.

Access & Safety

The customer agrees to provide reasonable access to the property and work areas. Badger Window Cleaners West reserves the right to modify, postpone, or decline work when conditions are considered unsafe, including severe weather, excessive roof pitch, unstable roofing, electrical hazards, ice, or unsafe ladder access.

Existing Conditions

Badger Window Cleaners West is not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects, including loose or damaged gutters, downspouts, roofing, fascia, soffit, siding, gutter guards, or drainage systems. If an existing condition prevents an area from being safely or properly serviced, that area may be excluded from the work.

Gutter Guards

Gutter guards, screens, or covers that require removal are not included unless specifically stated in the quote. Any additional labor required to remove and reinstall these systems may result in an additional charge with customer approval.

Downspouts & Drainage

Downspouts will be checked and cleared when reasonably possible using standard gutter-cleaning methods. Badger Window Cleaners West cannot guarantee the condition or performance of underground drainage systems and is not responsible for underground drain blockages or drainage problems beyond the visible downspout system.

Debris

Organic debris removed from gutters will not be bagged, hauled away, or otherwise removed from the property. Any organic gutter debris that accumulates on patios, sidewalks, parking lots, driveways, or other hard surfaces as a result of the cleaning will be cleared from those surfaces using a leaf blower.

Organic debris may be dispersed into appropriate lawn, landscaping, or other natural areas on the property. Badger Window Cleaners West is not responsible for bagging or disposing of organic gutter debris.

Any non-organic materials identified and removed from the gutters will be collected and properly disposed of.

Weather & Scheduling

Gutter cleaning is weather dependent. Rain, snow, ice, high winds, or other conditions that make the work unsafe may require service to be postponed or rescheduled. Rescheduled work will be completed at the earliest reasonable availability.

Property Damage

Badger Window Cleaners West will exercise reasonable care while performing the service. The customer is responsible for notifying Badger Window Cleaners West prior to service of any known fragile, damaged, loose, or unusual conditions that could affect the work.

Limitation of Liability

Badger Window Cleaners West will exercise reasonable care while performing all services. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing defects, deterioration, improper installation, structural deficiencies, defective glass or building materials, or conditions outside our reasonable control.

Any concern regarding completed work should be reported as soon as reasonably possible so that we have an opportunity to inspect and, when appropriate, correct the issue.

Acceptance

Approval of a quote, authorization to begin work, or acceptance of recurring service constitutes acceptance of the applicable Terms & Conditions above.
